Which couriers do you use?
Courier assignment depends on your location and selected shipping method. We partner with trusted couriers such as:

DHL - for international orders (outside Japan/Philippines)

W Express - for orders shipped within the Philippines (local partnered courier with DHL)

Lalamove - for same day delivery shipments within Metro Manila and near areas.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
How long does delivery take?
Once order/s are packed and done processing, estimated delivery date will depend on your shipping location.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking details from us and you can track your package directly on the courier’s website.
Can I change my delivery address?
Yes, but only before your order is shipped. Once in transit, address changes may not be possible.
